Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Asus PC (which has Windows 10) that I received for Christmas: I can't lock the numpad, no matter how much I press the "Num Lock" key located on the top left of it, I can't use it. It's bothering me because it used to work perfectly, but I must have pressed the wrong key at some point and I don't know how to fix this issue.

Thank you in advance for your replies ;)

    Hello,
When you use the 2, 4, 6, 8 keys on the numeric keypad, does the mouse pointer move?
    Best regards.

No, only the 5 key responds and it displays the small window that usually appears when you right-click.

Click on the Magnifying Glass in the taskbar, at the bottom left of the screen, type Ease of Access options in the search, click on Mouse settings under Ease of Access in the next window, under Mouse Keys, is the numeric keypad disabled?

Here it is! I fixed the problem, it was indeed the mouse. I had enabled the "move the mouse with the numeric keypad" function but now it's sorted out
Thank you very much for your reply :)
