Hello,

When I turn on my LG 32LB550B TV, it increasingly loses channels and displays the screen to search for channels. After performing the searches, everything works again, but a few days later, it loses the memory and I have to start over...

After some testing, I can say that the issue is resolved, and I wanted to share with you: it was necessary to update the firmware.

Hello everyone,

It's disappointing, after 11 months of good functioning, the TV (32 LB 55) is losing the channel memory again. The firmware update allowed it to last 11 months. Everything is starting over like before. At first, it lost memory occasionally, and now it’s already twice a week. Should I send the TV back for a new update? It's a pity we can't do it ourselves by downloading an update....
