Chains do not remain in memory

Hello,

I can no longer remember the channel scanning in HD on my TUCKSON TV since yesterday, April 5, 2016.
Every time I turn on my TV, I have to scan for channels again.

    It happened to me after being away, I need to reset the TV (return to factory settings)
