PS3 Software Update

Hello, I updated my PS3 software this morning, but during the installation, I get a message that an error occurred during the update (8002f334), and I'm being asked to contact technical support.
Please help me, I'm really embarrassed here.

    Hello,

    Try option 3 of the safe mode for the console:

    If you can't access this mode, you need to reset the PS3 hard drive on a computer (or replace it).
    For this, you will need a HDD reader that you connect to your computer, format it to FAT32 (or MS-DOS (FAT) if your computer is a Mac), put the hard drive back in the console, and install the update via USB key.
