Drivers not installed after reset

Hello,
I just bought a second-hand PC through my job (HP TouchSmart 7320 PC). They had upgraded it to Windows 10 but the original installation was Windows 7. The PC has not been reset and is locked by passwords, so they told me to reset it to Windows 7 64-bit, which I did.
The problem now is that I don't have an internet connection (no wireless network found), some USB ports are not working anymore, the touchscreen is not functioning...
In Device Manager, there is a list of devices under "Other devices" that have an exclamation mark.
SM Bus Controller
USB Bus Controller
PCI Device
Network Controller
Ethernet Controller.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 56.0

    Hello,

    Try these drivers:
    --> Ethernet
    --> Chipset
    --> Card Reader
    --> USB

    For the network controller:
    Provide the hardware ID of the device
    It's a number that should look something like this as an example:
    --> PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS.......
    If needed, look --> here
    Post the number in your next message.

    Here is the network controller number:
    PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_5390&SUBSYS_F05118141REV_00

    I will test the others and keep you updated

    Thank you

    extra!
    it seems that only the touchscreen driver and the USB bus controller are missing

    I have another PC to reset with the same base configuration. Should I do the same thing and reinstall the missing drivers if necessary, or is there a simpler and safer method?
    thank you

    Try these 2 drivers:
    --> Touch Screen
    --> ACPI
    For the USB, it's the one from message 2

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Unzip the 3 drivers and install them manually:
    Right-click on the driver
    Choose --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "......\"

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on a device
    Update driver
    Search for a driver on my computer
    Browse
    Select the folder of the corresponding unzipped driver
    OK, next
    Restart
