Hello, I'm currently using a laptop and I have a second screen that I occasionally connect to watch a movie or a series. However, as soon as I plug this second screen in via HDMI, my desktop icons move to the second screen, which is a hassle, and it really messes things up when I unplug the screen.
So, this is getting annoying; in the display settings, the laptop screen is set as the primary one, and I haven't found a function to lock the icon display on my main screen.
Anyway, this reaction from Windows is completely stupid, or maybe I'm just not skilled enough, but if you have a solution, I'm all ears!
Thank you.
Configuration: Acer V15 Nitro Black Edition \ I5 4210H 3.3 Ghz \ 8Go DDR3 \ GTX 960M \ Windows 10

Hello
Is your second screen in extend mode? Click on the notification icon (taskbar next to the clock) and on Project
Best regards

Computing is just a tool, like a paintbrush or a pencil.
Avoid these so-called free repair software... they have no major usefulness. The best companions are DOS and Powershell..
