Offline printer

Hello, my Epson XP402 printer is showing as offline even though it's connected to Wi-Fi with my Asus laptop, which is displaying error code 45. Apparently, they are not connected to each other. What should I do? I am a novice. Thank you.

    Check your drivers with your computer that doesn't recognize.
    Have you tried to "troubleshoot"?
