How to connect a Comelit 2603U intercom?

Hello,

I want to install a Comelit 2603U intercom inside my apartment.
Problem: I don't know how to connect the wires.

I have 6 wires coming out of the wall: a white one, a light blue one, a dark blue one, a yellow one, a red one, and a green one.

I can position these wires into small black terminals.
I assume but I'm not sure that
- terminal black no. 1 corresponds to the door opener
- terminal no. 2 to the condenser microphone
- terminal no. 3 to common, to ground
- terminal no. 4 to the call button
- terminal no. 5 to the speaker

Then I have a small red rectangle with "ON DIP" written on it.
This rectangle has 8 small buttons that I can toggle on/off.
I imagine there is a clever combination to set here.

Could you tell me which wire to connect to which terminal, and what combination I should set on the DIP rectangle?
