Hello,
We have a Fransat satellite decoder and everything was fine until today around noon: when we turned our TV back on, all the channels were misconfigured... We spent the rest of the day trying to fix it... in vain... we have the channels with sound, but the image appears with a very small screen in the upper right corner and the channel menu is on the second part of the left side of the screen... we can't remove this menu and get the full image on the screen... can you help us? Thank you

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait for a quarter of an hour and then plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
