Hello,

I have a problem with the ANTS website. I'm trying to redo my registration certificate following a theft, but when I want to upload the documents from my request directly on the site, I receive this error message: common.file_upload.pattern_nom_fichier. What should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.0

    Hello, I had the same issue, it was due to accents or other special characters.
