ERR_ACCESS_DENIED on Google Chrome

Question

Hello,

I'm unable to access any website from Chrome. The following message appears:

This site is inaccessible. The webpage at https://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/ may be temporarily unavailable or it may have been permanently moved to another web address.
ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

No issues with Firefox, though.

Hello,

I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
It started with an unusual display of paid links (they were taking up a lot of space and the language didn't match my geographical area).
I just reported the problem to Chrome, and I will share the response here.

I had seen this tutorial, but I found it outdated, which is why I asked the question here. Following your response, I applied the recommended procedure (uninstalling and reinstalling the antivirus, with no success).

Good evening,
I've been encountering the same issue for a few weeks on Win 10,
I reset the Chrome settings with no success, the network card, cleared the cache, and even removed Google Chrome from the Windows firewall, but it hasn't resolved the internet access issue with Chrome
