Hello,

11 hours to download a 394 MB photo file with WeTransfer!
My Mac Sierra is brand new! Is this due to my internet connection or the Mac??

    Hello,

    Don't worry, your brand new Mac isn't to blame!
    If the download is taking too long, it's because your internet connection isn't sufficient! Try downloading these files from a different access point or from your phone using 4G (much higher speed!)
