Hello, I want to download photos sent to me via WeTransfer; it's the first time I've used this site.
So I click on the link in the email, then on download, and finally when I open the file on one computer, it says "application not found," and on the other computer (I tried on two different computers), a WinZip window appears and asks me to pay... Anyway, it's not working..
Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I don’t understand what you want to do.
1) Either you want to send photos via WeTransfer so that friends can then download them to their computers using the link you send them;
2) Or you want to download photos sent by a friend via WeTransfer, using the link sent by that friend.
Which of these two proposals is it?

I have the same problem, the photo file once downloaded on my computer cannot be opened... and therefore read! The message displayed is "Unable to launch the file or folder manager." Please help me.
