Hello,
I have an LG LCD TV 32LB550B, but it has a problem: it resets itself almost every time I turn it on, even without being unplugged.
When I turn it on, it goes to the setup menu (language, channel settings, etc.).
Has anyone experienced this issue? Any idea what could be causing it?

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna and power plug, wait a quarter of an hour and plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

I have already tried all those little tweaks. I forgot to mention that it's been a year that it has been doing this; I set it aside for a while before looking into the problem recently.
The thing is that it keeps reverting to factory settings every time. We turn it on and the first thing it asks is for the language, the definition of a password, and the channel setup, as if it were the first time we plugged it in.
