LG TV that randomly displays anything!!

Hello everyone

Here's my problem:
I have in my possession an LG 32LG500H-UA television that has been malfunctioning since I purchased it from a private seller...
Indeed, the TV tells me that the option is not available even though I haven't done anything, worse, it's as if someone is messing with the remote! It increases/decreases the volume, displays menus, and does whatever it wants inside while
I can no longer access the menu, at times it's impossible to turn off or turn on, in short, the television is uncontrollable.
So I am calling on your knowledge... I'm fed up with this!

    Have you tried performing a factory reset?
    Menu -> screen -> reset

      yes, but even this button doesn't respond when it messes up!
      it was getting more and more frequent, but now it's constant?
      I even cleared the cache, everything is fine!

      Have you tried resetting it when it's not working?
      Also try unplugging all peripherals, the antenna, then unplugging it from the power, wait at least 15 minutes, and then plug everything back in.
