McAfee...To ban!!!

Hello, I just reset my PC to clean it up a bit. But McAfee is a program provided on my PC EXCEPT that it annoys me a lot... I can't uninstall it. I've tried MCPR, iObit uninstaller and even Unlocker!!!! Even with all that, McAfee is still there I can't disable it... I have GlassWire but it gets blocked by McAfee. It blocks my software that it calls "malicious" for the antivirus I managed with Avast fortunately but not with the firewall
If you know what the problem is, let me know
