Hello,
I am encountering a problem formatting the table of contents.
Here is the example:
http://www.cjoint.com/c/GHDuyzfpEcU
In short: I create a style that I select for my chapter headings. It's a style where the characters are in uppercase. When I create the table of contents, Word mixes uppercase and lowercase!
Thank you for your explanations...
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 60.0.3112.101

Hello Boris,
I'm going to explain to you why you have this problem:
1) First of all, you have applied the Uppercase option to your title styles (Font dialog box).
So, your texts are not necessarily entered in uppercase; it's just a style element added.
In your example, select the text STATE CIVIL and uncheck the Uppercase option. You see that part has been entered in uppercase and another in lowercase.
2) The titles included in the table of contents do not take on the style of the titles in the document. The styles used in the table of contents are called TM1, TM2, TM3, etc.
For example, we can have all title 1s in size 50, red, and bold, but have a classic table of contents.
And, basically, your table of contents styles (TM...) do not have the Uppercase style element. So, if you want your titles to also be in uppercase in the TOC, you need to modify the TM1, TM2 styles, etc.

There's no need to ask me your questions privately. I will not answer them.
