Good evening to you!

I ordered an Oukitel U7 Max mobile phone from China on August 9th.
It was shipped on August 11th.
They told me I would be delivered between August 31st and September 14th.
I checked my order tracking earlier (August 18th) and it said "the item is being processed at the sorting center."
I would therefore like to know if I will receive it before the planned date?
And regarding the delivery, concerning customs, is it possible that it could be held there? If so, how does it work to retrieve it?
Have you ever ordered a phone from China that you received before the delivery date specified right after your order?

For the simple reason that no one knows where exactly your goods are, and if they are "stuck" somewhere, like with customs for example, we don't know why they are held up.
Nor do we know how long it will take for them to be returned to the circuit if they are compliant.
Only the seller or the transporter could tell you more. And even then.

No, but what I would like to know is if anyone has ordered from Cdiscount (I forgot to specify, I'm sorry). And if their product was held up by Customs, how did that go, etc... and if their product arrived before the expected date...

It all depends on whether the seller is Cdiscount or not.
Because Cdiscount is a platform that sells its products but also brings together other sellers.
And given your request, I "doubt" that Cdiscount is the seller.
But as for the rest of your question, it will not be reliable in the sense that yes, some people have already received their orders earlier, while others have experienced delays.
There will inevitably be both cases.
