Hello,
When I don’t use my MacBook for more than about 15 minutes, the desktop locks and then displays and vocalizes the following messages:
First: “1 system dialog displayed”
Then: “application, connect, window ...”
And finally: “You are currently on a text field. Type to enter text in this field. This is a secure text field. Any text entered...”
For your information, I have a 13-inch MacBook from 2008 - 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor - 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Memory - Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB - OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5
Here is the list of attempted manipulations that did not resolve the issue:
1- I checked the “VoiceOver” function; it is not enabled...
2- In System Preferences, under Users and Groups, it’s my session (admin) that is scheduled to open. So there doesn’t seem to be any application running in the background.
3- In Security and Privacy, under General, the “Require password” action is indeed disabled/unchecked.
4- I also proceeded to reinstall the OS X Yosemite system (version 10.10.5) from the OS X Utilities by booting from the recovery partition (holding down the cmd and R keys on startup), but without success.
Does anyone have THE SOLUTION?
Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Good evening,
Maybe an adware, installed without your knowledge, during a visit to a "weird" site and running in the background!
Try installing MalwareBytes and run a check on your Mac with it.
A bit of reading, just in case:
Removing malware/adware
When it's urgent, it's already too late (Talleyrand)
When everything has failed, read the manual ;)
