    Hi,

    It is linked to your Facebook account. All you need to do is change your Facebook profile picture, and your Messenger picture will update accordingly.

      Yes, sometimes it takes a while to change. A little bug again.
      First, you need to make sure that your Messenger account and Facebook account are connected at the same time. Sometimes, that’s where the issue comes from.
      But even then, it can sometimes take a few days to update properly.
      However, normally, even your friends can see your latest photo and not the old one. Ask them, but usually, the bug only happens on our own account.

      Otherwise, you just have to wait a few days. :)
