SIM card tray won’t close anymore, Help!

Hello,

I’m posting here to get help. I just got a new smartphone today, an Honor 5x, but there’s a problem. When I try to insert my Micro SIM into the SIM tray, it gets stuck when closing. I could open and close it just before. It happened suddenly, so I can remove the tray but can’t close it. I should note that I don’t have a warranty because I bought my phone abroad.

    are you sure you have positioned your SIM card correctly in its slot?

    However: that one remains blocked when closed and I can pull out the tray.... is it open or closed?
