SCART socket issue

Hello,
I have my CRT TV with a digital box, my SCART connection messes up the sound and image, and I have to fiddle with it to get them back. What is causing this?
Could you explain it to me? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 59.0.3071.115

    Good evening...

    Check if all the pins at both ends of the SCART cable are straight... or try another SCART cable...

    Hello,
    my pins seem straight, I have changed the scart cable several times without any result, it may be due to the internal socket of the TV.
