No reception of channels / or just sound

Hello,
I'm very bad with TVs and all kinds of connections... I'm in a place where I can only access France 3 and its affiliates through the TNT decoder (I think), but without the picture...
It's a Samsung TV. This is connected to a Triax decoder, which is then connected to the antenna.
When I turn both on, I get the lower banner that mentions the channel and the current program, but nothing else, no sound, no picture. Only channel 3 from the decoder has sound but no picture.
Moreover, the entire menu of the decoder works perfectly, so I've tried resetting the channels by starting a search again, but the result is the same.
I've also changed the source to the peritel, turned everything off and on, shook and tapped the TV affectionately... Nothing!
Any ideas?
