Lightinthebox Order disappeared from my account but paid

Good evening, I placed an order on lightinthebox on 05/6. Paid and debited 92€. And no package received. No confirmation email and especially for the past few days, it has been impossible to find the order in my customer account. It has disappeared, making it impossible to request a refund without this number and proof of the order and to contact them.
I took a previous email from a previous order that arrived well for €20 to write to them, but nothing, no response. So I am considering involving my bank for fraud.
Has this situation happened to you, and what did you do? Thank you for your help.

Hello

Classic.. Either the package was not shipped, or it was lost, stolen, or destroyed by Customs.

The Bank will not reimburse anything (Unless there is specific insurance) because this is not an Unauthorized Transaction (The credit card information was provided voluntarily).

E-Commerce, like many others, to avoid. No customer service, no recourse, no reliability

A+

Not even that, the order doesn’t show up on my account, so according to my bank, I’m a victim of a double screen and fraud.

lightinthebox.com a site to avoid.
Delivery method: Postal Service with Tracking (10 - 18 business days). I ordered on May 15 and I'm still not delivered; the tracking number is unknown to the post office and the package has been stuck in Guadeloupe for over a month... no news after that!
6 messages sent, 3 replies, but they are taking their time. I request a refund, no news. Sure, the prices are low, but the service is terrible and your money is lost unless you insist like I'm trying to do.
All in all, we are making companies work that don't care about the customer because he is never seen. Aggressive marketing but lousy service! Advise your true friends against this site. The principle (well known even by some French companies) is to discourage you. The only solution is to inform your circle and boycott!

Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you except that I have a wedding in a week and I have been charged 118 euros. The big problem is that we don't have access to the order since it has disappeared and to send an email you need to select an order... so it's a vicious circle.
The advice I have to give is to pay with PayPal, take the suggested insurance but above all take photos of your orders with your phone when you place them.
