Computer not booting from USB Windows XP

This is what my BIOS and my key look like, I haven't done anything with it since the beginning, it has remained as it is since the start, that is to say with the Windows XP that won't boot.

If I guess, you managed to install your XP...?? and this screen comes from XP.?

Is it immediate at startup..?? Is there a launch phase beforehand that shows the XP logo..?

Have you tried to start in safe mode..?? F8 repeatedly right after powering on..

Is your PC on time..?

Did you enter a license key for Windows XP..??

It may be due to the missing drivers..??

Is your XP SP2, SP3, or nothing at all..??

Or is your ISO not meant for this type of PC..?

Don't forget to change the Boot device to CD first.

I suggest you wait until tomorrow, buy a kit of 3 or 5 blank CDs, and burn one to do that.

Because after all, USB is a workaround; it's not really made for that... The CD is the one intended as a rescue boot, initially..

With Rufus, it all depends on whether you chose to set the Boot to MBR or UEFI, knowing that UEFI didn't exist for Win XP.... and if your BIOS/PC is designed to boot in UEFI, it's an impossible match...

The menus look like this..

In the Boot tab: Disable "Fast Boot" and enable "Launch CSM"
In the Security tab: Disable "secure boot control"
In the Boot tab: The DVD burner should appear in 3rd position, and the USB lower down in another position... it needs to be placed before the hard drive.

In the Save and Exit tab: select "Launch EFI from file system device" and confirm... this last line may not be valid or existing. We'll see.

I believe that after this, you should be able to boot (if not, look around this).

In the BIOS make sure that Secure Boot is set to Disable and Legacy Support (Mode) is set to Enable.

Question... Why would you want to install that piece of junk XP? Especially since your machine can support Windows 10 and would be much smoother on a system like that than on XP...

This PC was sold with Windows 7 in 64 bits and it is UEFI... so it prevents you from installing anything else.. Yes indeed.. Microsoft wanted it this way.
