Hello everyone, following a failed restoration via the Windows tool, I'm desperately trying to recover my girlfriend's computer as she is a law student and she will absolutely need it this coming Monday... It's going to be tight...
Here’s my problem, after a bad Windows restore the PC won’t boot anymore, I created a repair USB stick but I can't get it to work, as the PC doesn't go beyond the brand logo.
I can access the Windows recovery tool, but aside from using the command prompt to launch the USB stick, I don't see any other solution, and I have no idea how to boot from this USB. Could you please help me?
