Yes Dori@n, I thought about it and tried to do it, but how can we copy the program to a USB drive? Once downloaded, when I click on the program, all I'm offered is... to delete it! As for downloading it directly onto a USB drive, I don't see that either.

Hello,

1 You turn on your other PC.
2 You plug in your USB drive to it.
3 You open your USB drive.
4 You go on the internet and download Firefox to your Desktop.
5 Once that’s done, you go to the folder where the downloaded Firefox file is located.
6 You click once on the file without letting go of your mouse.
7 You drag the file into the window of your USB drive.
8 You can release the mouse.
9 You remove your USB drive from your PC.
10 You are going to plug in the USB drive into your other PC.
11 You open the USB drive.
12 You click once on the Firefox file without letting go of your mouse.
13 You drag the file to your Desktop.
14 You remove your USB drive from the PC.
15 You click twice on the Firefox file to install it.

Hello,

I was like Greazon, I could no longer go on the internet.

I followed your method and was able to recover Mozilla with my laptop that runs on 24-bit using a USB drive to install it on my old PC that runs on 12-bit.

Mozilla went into repair mode and even recovered all the bookmarks.

Thank you very much

Well no, that's the problem. Firefox was my only browser. No Internet Explorer on my computer.
What should I do then?

Re,

In that case, download Firefox on another computer and put the obtained file on a USB key that you will plug into your PC to reinstall Firefox on it...

PS: Why did you delete Internet Explorer?

Hi e.t,

To say that you're going to screw up Windows... it's just that we always say that the PC needs IE especially for Windows Update... otherwise, yes, it's possible, you can get rid of it.
