Where to download Realtek for USB Wi-Fi???

The dentist did a great job on my teeth; I would have rather seen him pull them out, hahahhha!!!

So you're telling me it comes from the graphics card; wouldn't it be more likely that the repairman messed something up since my niece has the same problem as me since her PC, which is newer than mine, has been regularly crashing?
When I say "crashing," I mean the cursor doesn't move when I move my mouse, so I have to turn the PC off and on again.

Do you happen to know if there is a rental service for PCs that isn't too expensive, of course? Thanks for your patience.

My setup
is Windows 7 Home Premium
PC: Acer Aspire 7250 64-bit x86,
RAM 6 GB 12800s (4 original + 2),
500 GB Toshiba hard drive replacing the original Seagate Momentus 5400 hard drive,
graphics card HD 3200 graphics E2 Vision AMD Radeon graphics dual core,
CPU x2 1.6 GHz,

This PC was repaired to reinstall Windows 7 but without a CD since it was the repairman's, so I cannot reset it; it asks for a CD that I do not have.
Before, the Seagate hard drive was working fine but it had a weakness and the repairman had installed a 128 GB HDD with Windows XP, so I could play my games, but it didn’t work at my home, so I had the Toshiba drive installed which was almost new; unfortunately, since then I can no longer play my favorite game "Battlefield 1942 anthology" and all the Call of Duty games I have.
However, Medal of Honor runs well with the Toshiba hard drive:
- for example, MDO Airborne and MDO Pacific Assault.
with some bugs due to the weakness of my graphics card.
That's all I wanted to say.

I didn't dare to do the updates as you told me, but I will make a bootable USB drive with Rufus as indicated in order to safely update my Win7.
If it still gets stuck, I will post another request for help so as not to block this thread.

Actually, I need a scan of my Windows 7 to find out why it shuts down in the middle of work,
I visited the SoSpc site and it seems serious and well explained, I will continue to educate myself to avoid making mistakes, I saw that I can make a bootable key or an ISO image, it's still not all clear in my mind, but I am diligently working on it to properly fix my issue, otherwise everything works well except for my graphics card which is too weak given my gaming needs, but for now I only play Facebook games and Medal of Honor on PC which is lagging while before my visit to the repair shop it was working perfectly, thank you for your dedication PatriciaG,
