Hello,
Windows does not recognize the version of the drivers and scanning of my Epson Stylus SX425W printer, so it is impossible to send a document to Facebook following my account being disabled for no reason. I look forward to your advice. Best regards.

Hello jazzy16;
Can you answer these questions?
1-What is your version of Windows? 32 or 64 bits?
2-Has this printer ever worked with this same version of Windows before?
As for Facebook, that's another issue!
See you soon for your upcoming comments

Hello, Jmarion3,
To answer your questions
1: Windows 32
2: yes.
Additionally, it was following a problem that occurred on Face that I realized the anomaly of my printer's driver.
Have a good day -
Hello jazzy16;
Windows 32 ?? >> I think it's 32 bits to confirm >> but which version? >> 7-8- or 10?
You can no longer print anything without mentioning Facebook
A+

Hello;
I think the installation of this printer is corrupted and I suggest you do the following as noted below
1 - Completely uninstall this printer using Revo Uninstaller >> See here (I recommend watching the small video tutorial if you are not familiar with this tool or check this link)
2 - Restart the machine and then perform a new installation via the Epson website >> See this link >> Download and install links No. 4 - 5 and 7 starting from the top
3 - It is advised not to plug in the USB cable connecting the printer to the PC during installation, but to connect it when the system prompts you to
See you later for further assistance or problems but not before 12:30 PM as I will be away

Hi, jmarion3,
With Revo Uninstaller, it's impossible to find the location for uninstallation! Moreover, I have downloaded numbers 4, 5, and 7, but nothing happens. I noted to unplug the USB key from the printer, and similarly, there's no message to reconnect the key after the 3 downloads?? I might have made a mistake, but I'm not sure!
Have a nice day. Best regards. -
Hello jmarion3,
I'm indeed talking about Epson, Revo for uninstalling. This morning while searching, I found an anomaly in Devices and Printers on PCW8, indicating that the Dell 3333dn\3335dn has a driver issue!!
Is my problem related to this anomaly?
Furthermore, I rarely use my printer to send a document online; it was only after trying several times that my contact informed me they hadn't received this document.
As for the USB connection, it's okay; it refers to the cable connecting the printer to the PC.
See you soon. Best regards. -
Hello jazzy16;
When you launch Revo and the window opens (the one that shows all the installed programs), do you see any icons representing Epson? >> If so, you need to uninstall those files via Revo.
It is imperative to uninstall this printer one way or another in order to do a fresh installation.
One thing I don’t quite get >> Do you send documents via your printer???
A+ but as usual I have to go out this morning and will be back around 12:30 (certain today) >> I’m leaving at 10:00 >> You can reply to me before, and I will read it...

Hey, jmarion3,
Take your time with the response.
1) No Epson in Revo.
2) No! I misspoke, to send a document I scan in printer and peripherals.
Talk to you later! -
Hello jazzy16 ;
It's surprising that there are no traces of Epson in the installed programs? >> Have you checked through Program Files (86) to see if you "see" any "Epson" installed?
See you later

Hi jmarion3,
In response to your last email, I finally managed to uninstall Epson and reinstall it with the Epson CD. A message informs me of an incompatibility with Windows.
What do you think, if I go through the method mentioned in your email from June 5 at 09:31, will it work?
Below are all the specs of my computer
Windows 8.1 Professional, 64-bit operating system x64 processor.
My printer: Epson Stylus SX420W/SX425W/NX420.
In my initial instructions, I stated "Epson 425" instead of "420", but on the CD, it is indeed 420.
Thanks to you, I understand and am looking better... It seems that if my system is not scanning, it is because of the PCW8 peripheral!
Thank you very much for your patience. Best regards -
Hello jazzy16,
If you are sure that everything is well uninstalled, do as instructed below
I think your CD is not compatible with Windows 8-64 bits (and not 32 as previously announced! but no big deal because the drivers are identical)
If you are indeed certain that your printer is an Epson sx420w (and not sx425w) I suggest you check >> This link >> Download and install links No. 5 - 6 and 8 starting from the top and as previously written do not connect the USB cable connecting the printer to the machine until the installation asks for it
See you! But not before 12:30 as usual!)

Hello, thank you for your prompt response. Yes, it's about the Epson Stylus SX420W series Software Disc Vol.1.0, these are the data from the CD, however on the printer and at the back it is specified Epson Stylus SX425W model C353 A.
So, there is a problem!.. (take your time with the response).
See you later, Best regards-

Hello jazzy16 :
Questions
1-If this printer works very well now, don't worry about this "problem"1 problem: Dell3333dn/3335dn
which, in my opinion, has nothing to do with your printer
2-When you start a print, do you get a message or something else?
3-Do you look for this "famous" problem or does it appear when you want to print?
4-Is your machine a Dell brand?
5-At any point, have you owned a Dell printer
A+ for your upcoming comments

Hello.
Just passing by . . . No worries about those references.
Personally, I have an Epson SX 415 and my installation CD is for the SX 410 Series.
However, what I find strange is that you are having driver issues because your machine is newer than mine (2011). When I installed Windows 10 in July 2016, there were no problems installing the W 10 driver from the Epson website.
This is just a suggestion . . . Bye

Thank you jojolaguitare, I have the latest driver, and yet!!! But well, maybe an update issue.
Hi and thanks again. -
A ok, it's Windows 8.1 32-bit system.
If I want to update the drivers.
The response module not found; c:windows system32 spool drivers x64 3 eponb01b dell.
On support information: response Windows system 32 spool drivers x64 31E GAT046EXE.
Thank you for your attention. Best regards. -
Hello jazzy16;
Sorry for the late reply, but there was a setback!
1-with Revo uninstaller, impossible to find the location for uninstallation!
>> Which location are you talking about? (Revo or Epson?)
2-If you haven't uninstalled your printer, there's a good chance that the next steps won't go well!
3-Did this printer problem arise suddenly or was it something else?
4-Have you checked if your printer is visible in the control panel or not?
5-Edit >> Regarding the USB connection: We're not talking about a USB flash drive, but rather the cable connecting the printer to the PC
See you later
