Hello, yesterday I dropped my laptop from about 40 cm and it showed a black screen. I restarted it and saw some phrases on a blue background in English, but I can't remember what they were. After a while, I ended up with this screen and I don’t know what to do. It’s possible to select exit, but that doesn’t change its situation, and there’s also a reset option, but I’m afraid it will erase all my data. My laptop is a Windows 8 Terra. I would like to know how to recover my data at least. Thank you for your help.

      I tried to exit without saving the changes (to do exit) but it didn't work and took me back to the same starting page, I tried several times in a row until it turned all black and nothing happened anymore.

        It doesn't do anything at all, I can click 10 times in a row on Yes and it stays on the English exit.
