Hello
To install new software or launch installed software, a dialog box appears stating: "Entry point not found.
The procedure entry point CreateExtrinsicPropertyStore could not be found in the dynamic link library c:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll"
I no longer have access to Windows settings.
I tried to repair by downloading a utility (several) for repair which, like the other software, does not launch, showing the same type of dialog box.
I do not want to reinstall the system. Do you see a solution?
Thank you

You can launch an SFC Repair
Right-click on the "Start" menu and then "Command Prompt (admin)",
Type sfc /scannow in the window.
It should tell you that the protection has detected damaged items,
and that you need to restart to fix them. At that point, restart.
Please press any key to continue the disinfection...
