Entry point / dynamic links

Hello, I just installed Da Vinci Resolve, everything is downloading, but when I try to start it, it's IMPOSSIBLE, it says "the entry point procedure clEnqueueMarkerWithWaitlist is not found in the dynamic link library openCL.dll", can you help me please?

    Hi,

    The program is expecting a function that is not present in the DLL.
    This is due to the DLL being either too old or too new (often too old).
    Is your Windows 7 up to date?
    When is this Da Vinci Resolve from? Is it a game? Is it old?

      My Windows updates automatically, so I think it's up to date. Now yes, it's an old computer that's 10 years old but it works well!
      Da Vinci Resolve is a free software for video editing, and it's the latest downloadable version.

      type winver and OK.
      Check that service pack 1 is installed.

      It’s a paid software, you should have support.
      You can contact them to at least verify the configuration.

      Hello, I have the same problem and the service pack 1 is clearly specified when I do the winver search...
      Is it related to a hardware issue like a graphics card that is too limited? (I have an Nvidia Geforce 405).
