The best thing is to check with them, but in my opinion, this will be resolved today or tomorrow.

So I called them, and they told me to wait until Friday to get the phone, but in the meantime, I could receive an email from Certissim. However, weirdly, Certissim's emails always come the day after the order.
What I don't understand is that every time I call, I get different information. One operator told me, "Yes, ultimately, no control over your order; you will receive an email tomorrow (she told me that yesterday) that will let you know when you will receive your phone."
On the other hand, another operator told me that I had to wait for Certissim's email on Saturday, and they escalated the issue to the appropriate department to find out where things stood.
Today, she told me that I need to wait until Friday to receive the phone.
I then asked for an order number, but no one could provide it.

I remain skeptical.

So given what you say, the order may not have gone through, I think, but yes, let's wait anyway, you never know.
