The three points for the parameters

NOTE: The default values of your browser settings will be restored. Your homepage, the New tab page and your search engine will be reset, your extensions will be disabled (you will need to re-enable them) and your tabs will no longer be pinned. Other temporary data or cached data, such as cookies, site and content data, will also be cleared. Your bookmarks and saved passwords will, however, not be deleted or changed.

You will also notice that the box "Help us improve Google Chrome by reporting your current settings" is checked, which means you are sending your Chrome settings to Google anonymously. If you leave it checked, you allow Google to analyze your settings to improve Google Chrome; of course, you can uncheck the box if you do not want to send your settings to Google.

Here is the detailed list of actions taken for each browser:

Chrome and Firefox:

Backup of your bookmarks and passwords.
Deletion of cookies, history, cache, and temporary files.
Removal of all installed extensions (active or inactive).
Uninstallation of the browser.
Reinstallation of the browser.
Restoration of your bookmarks and passwords.

Internet Explorer:

Deletion of cookies, history, cache, and temporary files.
Removal of all installed extensions (active or inactive).
Deletion of all search engines (except Google.com).
Cleaning of shortcuts.
