Hello,

I have just reinstalled my printer but my PC does not detect it.
I think the driver is no longer compatible with my version of Windows (8.1).
How can I update it knowing that the Epson website does not offer any?
I know my little printer is obsolete but it still works very well!

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 58.0.3029.96

    Hello;

    Unless I'm mistaken, you've figured everything out because this printer is not compatible with Windows 8.
    You might try going through the control panel >> Devices and Printers >> Add a printer >> Windows Update, etc..... then try the driver for an Epson Stylus CX 3600, but it's quite surprising if that works, unfortunately.........

    Hello;

    Unfortunately, I think so, but she may have earned her retirement ??
    Epson no longer even offers drivers for Windows 7 and even Vista, so.........
