How to switch Paint to portrait mode?

Hello, I'm not sure if my question belongs in the right category, but I have a small problem. I'm using Paint on Windows 10 and I would like to know how to set the canvas to portrait mode. I hope you can help me.

    Good evening
    On Paint, you will find a button called resize.
    In the "Tilt" section, enter 45 in horizontal, you should then see the page in portrait mode.

      Thank you for your response, sorry I didn't look for it because the last time I modified something (it was on Gimp) the bar with all the tools disappeared.
