Unable to pair phone with car radio

Hello,

I just bought a JVC car radio Bluetooth and when I try to connect via Bluetooth with the car radio, an error message appears on my Redmi Note 3 saying "the app has stopped working" and the same happens with my portable speaker.

    perhaps a compatibility issue between your Bluetooth version 4.1 and your other devices?
    your version 4.1 LE
    For backward compatibility with lower standards, there are two cases. If the device (smartwatch or other) uses Bluetooth Low Energy, it will only work with a smartphone compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 LE. If the device uses Bluetooth Classic, it may then work with certain earlier versions of the standard, taking into account the need to operate in EDR or HS.

      How can I tell if the device uses low energy?
      Otherwise, is it possible to downgrade my Bluetooth version to make it compatible?
