Hello,
I just moved in and I'm lost trying to activate the RJ45 outlets in my home.
Only the Test outlet on the DTI box works (that's where I connected my Freebox); but I can't get the other outlets to work, whether for the televisions or the phone.
Someone advised me to buy a switch box, which I did, to connect the outlets in the DTI box to the Free server, but it's still not working.
Should I call an electrician or is it possible for me to manage on my own with your help?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.0.3

Hello,
Before using the switch.
Connect an RJ45 socket from the box to your router with a network cable.
Test to see if the network reaches the other end of the cable at the wall socket (with your phone while disabling Wi-Fi).
DTI box <-> Freebox <-> cable <-> RJ45 socket <-- cable in the walls --> RJ45 socket <-> cable <-> phone
Does it work?
