Systéme commentaire conversion de php simple à codegnieter-MVC

Bonsoir je suis débutante en codegnieter en web avancée généralement j'ai trouvé un bout de code en php j'arrive pas à le traduire en codegnieter merci de m'aider sil vous plait :)
