Smartbox how to extend a gift box date

Hello, I would like to know how to extend a Smartbox date since I haven't had time to use it yet and the date is 31/03/17.
How do I proceed to extend it on www.mysmartbox.fr? Thank you for your quickest response.

    Hello, I would like to extend my Swiss smartbox for 2 months and would like to exchange it for a 4-day stay in France at the Beau Rivage Hotel in Gérardmer. Is it possible? I received it as a Christmas gift. Thank you for getting back to me fairly quickly.
