Smartbox validity date exceeded by more than 1 month.

Hello,

if, for example, the expiry date of my smartbox is 31/10/2012; can I extend it a little longer because I forgot and what are the fees? Thank you in advance for your quick response. MRS (removed by moderation)

    For your information, many people lose their Smartbox due to the expiration date.

      Hello
      I am starting to be very disappointed with Smartbox. On top of that, with my Instant Relaxation box, 3 service providers have stopped working with them. But of course, we customers don't know that.
      Their customer service is awful, and the exchange, credit conditions, and everything are complicated.
      In short, I do not recommend Smartbox.
