Nikon 1 J3: Not capturing light anymore?

Hello!
Let me explain: two years ago I invested in a small Nikon J3 for photography and video. It has served me well and has always been reliable. Although it has never fallen, I have been facing a significant problem lately. I feel like my camera is no longer capturing light. When I turn it on, the preview in the different modes (video, photo, burst, etc.) looks as if it's nighttime, accompanied by a perfectly disturbing visual noise. I don’t know where this could be coming from. Is it a setting I need to tinker with? Is it a malfunction? Is it an issue with my lens or the camera itself? Thank you in advance for your valuable help, see you soon!

Good evening, could you take a photo and post it on the forum so that I can see the different settings used and thus identify if the problem comes from a hardware failure or not.

Hello, https://twitter.com/BoopyHooves/status/844466831184289792/photo/1 I tweeted two photos with the light on using the device (I can't edit the CCM post anymore, so oh well :s) knowing that what appears on the preview screen is much darker because the flash activates automatically. I reset all the settings because I thought I might have touched something I shouldn't have, but apparently not. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I couldn't access the settings on the photos of your tweet, but given the result, I'm afraid it might be a cell problem.

To be sure, set your device to manual mode (M) and adjust the aperture (f/number) to a small figure. Then vary the shutter speed (which corresponds to a fraction). If the problem is with the cell, your device should be able to capture the light this way.

Hello, I tried and it hasn't really changed, the device no longer captures enough light that it refuses to take pictures and I've noticed a tiny brown spot on the right side of the preview if that can help, thank you.

Hello, sorry for the late reply, I didn't see your message.
Have you tried taking photos with a different lens?

It seems that there has been a recall of the 1 NIKKOR VR 10-30mm
Please contact Nikon France technical support

"1 NIKKOR VR 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 Recall Notice

We recently confirmed a problem as described below with the 1 NIKKOR VR 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 lenses designed for advanced interchangeable lens cameras.
Please follow further details regarding this issue and their countermeasures. Nikon will provide inspection and repair free of charge to correct the issue as explained below.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Issue
When the 1 NIKKOR VR 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 lens is used for an extended period of time, or when zoom operations are frequently repeated, its communication linking to the camera may be interrupted, causing an error message to display on the camera's screen, resulting in lens failure."

I have a problem with identical symptoms - the Aperture/Speed/Sensitivity settings are those of an almost total night even with correct ambient light (for example, in automatic mode without correction, the device suggests f3.8, 1/30s, 1,000 iso while an external light meter gives me f4.0, 1/500s, 100 iso...).
And the photo is completely black if I "force" the values manually.

I have this problem with the Nikkor 30-110 zoom, which is not normally affected by the issue mentioned by Nikon.

As I've learned that the Nikon 1 range has been discontinued (after only 7 years of existence!), I am doubly disappointed: my J3 is still relatively new, I have this problem that will likely require a costly replacement or repair of the lens, and I also don't want to invest in a range that has no future... :-(((
