Nikon Coolpix L120 is not working anymore.

Hello,
I have a problem with my Nikon Coolpix L120 camera. It opens but won’t take photos anymore. I press the shutter button and nothing happens. Even when I press the other buttons, nothing works anymore. The button indicating if the flash is on is blinking red. I tried removing the battery, restarting it, etc... And still nothing happens. Should I get a new one or is it possible to repair it??

    Device from February 2011 at €250. It's a bit young to break down. You should ask for a repair estimate.
