Hello, after successfully transferring photos from WIKO FEVER to PC, a transfer of photos was done from a Lumix device (PANASONIC) using the PHOTOfunSTUDIO 9.5 PE software.
The transfer was incomplete, and old "image" files were emptied, and the transfer from FEVER is completely lost and we cannot find it anymore.
Do you have any explanations? Is it due to bad operations?
Is there a way to recover them or not?
However, on iPad, in Google Photos, the pictures from FEVER are present.
How can we transfer them to the PC if that is the solution?

In my opinion, the simplest way is not to use software to transfer photos: you have to learn how to use this specific software, understand its functions, etc. Moreover, nothing says that it is compatible with all devices or all versions of Windows.
It is much simpler to use the functions of Windows:
Either you insert the memory card from the device into a card reader, or you connect it to the computer with a USB cable. Then you just need to open Windows Explorer and copy-paste (or drag-and-drop) the photo files from the card to the folder you have chosen (typically the "Pictures" folder is meant for this).
