My Asus PC turns on but the screen is gray. How can I restart it?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

    Hello
    You can try this:
    Unplug the computer.
    Remove the battery if possible (laptop)
    Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds.
    Plug it back in.
    Start it up.
