Hello,
I've been having a problem with my PC for 3 days. Normally, I never turn it off; it goes into sleep mode by itself after 20 minutes of inactivity. But 3 days ago, when I turned it on in the morning, a gray screen appeared, and I couldn't do anything. I had to shut it down (by unplugging the cable at the back) to be able to turn it on again. Even then, the startup screen was gray but became normal after a few seconds.
Today, the problem is worse; even when unplugging the computer, the screen remains gray.
So I can no longer use my PC. What do you think the problem could be? Graphics card?
