Hello Earth population, here is my problem that leaves me at a loss.
I have an Acer Aspire ES 15 laptop, Windows 10,
Processor: Intel Celeron Processor N3050
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics
Disk: 500 GB HDD
Memory: 4 GB DDR3 L memory
I am currently on a Windows 10 operating system, and I performed a system restore to Windows 10. The restoration went normally until the reboot. After rebooting normally, you can see the display screen of the company "Acer, explore beyond limits," and then nothing, just a black screen without a cursor. The fan is working because I can hear it, and the hard drive is also working since I can hear slight sounds when I press a key.
If anyone has a solution to my problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello
I don't understand.......
Did you do a system restore or did you migrate from Vista/W7/W8 to W10......????
Did you run a compatibility test...?
Restart in safe mode and update your graphics card. (black screen)

As mentioned earlier, it's a system restore from W10 to W10. Furthermore, I tried safe mode and it is impossible to open it; the screen just stays black...
