So if I'm not mistaken:
We don't agree the verb when it is used with the auxiliary avoir UNLESS the COD (what/who) is placed before the verb, for example:
In the sentence "thank you for having read me", the COD is "me" so if you are a woman, it is correct to agree "read" by adding an "e".

- The photo that I took (COD placed before the verb)
