Hello, my TV is 2 years old and after a maximum of two hours, my circuit breaker trips. I have checked everything in the house and I am certain that it comes from the TV. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 51.0

    Good evening,

    If the entire circuit trips (the house is in the dark), it's a grounding issue or an insulation fault... Not necessarily the television; check all the appliances in the house.

    -- If it's only the fuse or circuit breaker related to the outlet, then yes, the television has a problem like a short circuit..... But you might also want to check the other appliances on the same circuit.

    If it really is the TV, it's probably the power supply unit that has a fault.

    Hello

    Direction => Customer Service...

    A component "overheats" and shorts out after a while...

    What’s surprising is that it’s not the TV’s fuse that blows.... Anyway, this can be worrying, potential fire risk...

    See you later
