Hello
I'm posting here because I'm very stressed about the idea of having been taken advantage of...
I published an ad to sell 2 tickets to a fair in Paris
An interested person contacted me and then asked for my address to send the check because she is not from my area. I then gave her my first and last name and mailing address (nothing else)
Then after thinking about it, I wonder if I did the right thing by trusting her... because if it's someone with bad intentions, considering all the scams online, I'm wondering what risks I might face by having given her my details?
Could anyone help me?
Thank you

(As for the sale, the minute I had a doubt, I sent an email to say that I no longer wanted to sell the tickets... I haven’t received any response.)
But it drives me crazy to know that I could have problems with my account without having provided any other information apart from this one...
Thanks again
Have a nice evening
The only risk is that you might receive a bounced check.
